altHow do I receive my product?

We distribute our products via download, only. Right after receipt of payment, you will receive an email with a download link and all information needed for validating your product. You can then use your new product right away.

altEven though I entered the serial code I cannot click on "Validate"!

On the one hand, a typing error could have happen. Please double-check whether name and serial code are typed exactly the same as stated in the download email. On the other hand, it may occur that the serial code received is incorrect. If it is not a typo, then contact us please and we will send you a new serial code.

altWhen I enter the serial code and then click on "Validate" an error message pops up!

This "phenomenon" occurs on Windows Vista or Windows 7 systems most of the time. Due to the newly introduced user account control Lyranodis does not have any authority to write data on the hard disk. A simple solution is to execute the program as administrator. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the start menu
  2. Right click on the Lyranodis shortcut and choose "properties"
  3. Click on the tab "Compatibility" and activate "Run this program as an administrator"

Repeat this procedure for the Song Manager shortcut and any other shortcuts (e.g. plugins). If this problem persists, please feel free to contact us.

altI installed a plugin, but I can neither find it in Song Manager nor Lyranodis?

Probably, the plugin was not installed correctly. It is important to specify the Lyranodis install directory during the plugin setup. For instance, if you have installed Lyranodis at "C:\Program Files\Lyranodis" you need to provide this exact directory during the plugin setup. Afterwards, the plugin should be installed at "system\plugins" within the Lyranodis install directory, e.g. "C:\Program Files\Lyranodis\system\plugins". In the Song Manager or Lyranodis, the plugin can now be found in the plugins menu. If this problem persists, please contact us.

altI lost my serial code. What can I do now?

Please contact us and tell us your full name and your email address. We will then send you a new serial code.
